I’m Dr. Charmaine L. Duckie—a nurse leader, healthcare strategist, and bold innovator dedicated to purposeful transformation in ambulatory care, healthcare organizations, and community health initiatives.
My 17-year journey in nursing has taken me from fast-paced trauma units to community-based care and leadership roles in clinical operations. At every stage, I’ve used innovation as a catalyst to elevate care, optimize performance, and build sustainable systems that deliver measurable results.
I'm also the proud mother of two incredible teenage sons and the joyful human to a loving pup named Hope. Family grounds me, fuels my passion, and reminds me of the importance of showing up authentically and consistently in everything I do.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Morrisville State University and a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Walden University in 2013. My academic journey came full circle in 2023 when I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Duke University. In 2024, I advanced my expertise with post-doctoral executive leadership training and specialty coursework, further strengthening my ability to lead complex healthcare initiatives with strategy and precision.
